New re-zoning drawings have been submitted to City Planning in May. The two biggest changes are the “Breezeway” on Ontario Street is gone. There is now a green roof for amenities on the 8^th floor.

The Building remains 7 storeys + 1 storey for mechanical and green roof. We have posted the revised drawings on our website.

Beer Store?
We still do not know if the Beer Store is returning as a tenant.
