Oben Flats Pre-hearing Conference at the OMB

Oben Flats has not been as forthcoming in discussions and will likely stick with their latest proposal for a 14 storey tower. The developer is appealing the development application to the OMB. Cabbagetown South Residents Association is registered as a participant and attending the OMB Pre-hearing conference on Tuesday January 23, 2018 at 10 am, 655 Bay Street. City planning staff and lawyers will also be represented at this meeting.
