Rainbarrel.ca reclaims food grade barrels and re-purposes them as rain barrels. Once used to transport fruits and vegetables, they now offer years of reliable service as rain barrels.
One of the biggest advantages of rain barrels is capturing and saving water for later use. It’s also a wonderful way to stretch this precious resource, and keep your carefully cultivated garden lush and beautiful as we head into the warmest months.
You can purchase a rain barrel for $55 and, for every rain barrel sold, $10 goes directly toward supporting local community projects.
There are several colours to choose from as well as several optional accessories. Anyone with a downspout should be able to use one or simply put it in a convenient spot in the garden and attach a hose – you will be able to water the garden without using city water!
Optional home delivery fees are as follows: $10 per barrel or composter, $25 per tank. Delivery of accessories is free when ordered with barrels, composters or tanks.
